THE TIME HAS COME!!!!!!!
I first want to apologize for the delay but if you know me, you know I am very strict on detail and before I posted this, I wanted to make sure we had them all. We now have them all!!
OPEN CALL FOR VENDORS & FOOD TRUCKS The New Cleves Farmers and Vendors Market is a go. As we stated, it will be the third Sunday of the month, from May to September from 9am-1pm.
The location will be the Miami Township Community Center on Shady Lane off of Bridgetown Road. We will have half of the parking lot for vendor space. There are 44 spaces up top as well as an additional 6 on the lower patio by the restrooms and water fountain which we will have access to. In total, we have room for 50 vendors and 4 food trucks. We will have very limited availability for electric but it is there. There is separate vendor parking, so the other half of the lot will be for guests.
Cost: 10x10 space is $35.00, 10x20 (double booth) is $50.00 and Food Trucks are $60.00. This cost also covers an insurance policy that we have to have in place. I know a lot of you have insurance already, but some do not. This covers everyone.
Matt from Old Man Clucker’s Rubs & Sauces is the only contact for this market. To prevent scammers, we are only taking money the day of the event and not in advance. THIS IS IMPORTANT. Do not fall for scammers wanting you to pay in advance. We will have a check in canopy when you get to the lot where you will check-in, pay and move to your assigned space.
This being said, if you tell us you are coming, we are expecting you to come. No showing an event is only tolerated once. Please read the new revised listing of guidelines on the vendor page at clevesfarmersmarket.com. We updated them today given the location.
We will be spotlighting our vendors prior to the event and you will have a map 5 days prior to the event so you will know where you are setting up. We want to make this as easy as possible for you the vendors to promote on your social media. This is really critical given this being the first year of doing it.
I know I have talked to a lot of folks, but please go to the vendor page on the website and sign up. We are curating this so that we have no more than 2 folks selling a particular type of product. That being said, if we do have folks that can't make it, we'll have a backup listing to check if you are not already doing an event. When filling out the form, please add pics of your products so we can see what you have and also so that we can promote you when we start spotlighting for the event. For the food vendors and food trucks. The Hamilton County Health Department will be onsite to check your labeling and make sure you have everything. I know most folks and there is no issue, but we want to be sure. Also, given our location, the Miami Township Fire Department has an inspection form they will fill out day of the event. I have attached a copy for your review on the vendors page also. Please be familiar with it.
Excited doesn't even come close to how we feel. Having this set now was key as folks are starting to plan their 2027 events. Please consider us as one of your events. I think it would be worth your while.
